TERMS OF SERVICE
I have full right to decline any commission at any time. I do not have to provide an explanation as I see fit should this occur.
DAYS OF AVAILIBILITY
My commission work schedule is as follows:

AS A FRIENDLY REMINDER: If I do not respond, please check here to ensure that I'm working on commissions that day! I will NOT respond to commission inquiries of any nature on my days off!
PAYMENT
All payments for commissions are to be made upfront.
Refund Policy
Commissions that have been agreed on, but not yet paid for on the clients side can be cancelled without issue of a refund.Commissions that have been agreed on and have had the first initial half or full payment deposited on the clients side but have not been started yet on the artists side, can be issued a full refund.If past the sketch approval phase and you decide to cancel, you will be given what I have so far regarding your commission and we will negotiate a refund amount in correlation to progress completed. You may not post WIPs of cancelled commissions to your personal gallery. You may not ask someone or commission someone else to finish my WIPs for you.If you are in need of a refund, please message me so we can negotiate! I will attempt to issue a refund where appropriate. Failure to attempt to reach out and discuss a refund and issuing a chargeback anyways will permanently get you blacklisted from commissioning me again in the future.I will not issue a refund for a piece that has been approved, finalized and completed.
WIP POLICY
I will send WIPS of your commission if and when requested.During the WIP phase, you are allowed;
Minor changes both during and after the sketch phase.
Two (2) major edits during the sketch phase.*
One (1) final chance to ask for major edits before sketches are finalized for future rendering, if any.
*If still unsatisfactory, you will be presented with the first initial sketch and the two edit requests. You will be asked to choose from one of these three for final approval. If still not to your liking, please refer to my refund policy.
Once past the sketch phase, you may not ask for any major changes to your commission. If insisted upon, an additional charge at my discretion will be made to account for the additional time and labor.I reserve the right to share and post WIPs of your upcoming commission to my social platforms. If you feel that your commission should be handled privately and be withheld from being posted publicly online, an additional fee of $150 will be added on to the original commission amount.
WATERMARK AND EDITING POLICY
Once your commission is completed, you are allowed to edit the artwork for personal use as you see fit.You are not allowed to edit out or tamper with my watermark, or ask someone else to edit it out or tamper with it for you.Under no circumstances will my watermark be removed from any piece made by me, nor used for AI prompts and training or NFT material. Failure to comply with this policy will result in you being blacklisted from purchasing commissions from me in the future.
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround time may vary on a case by case basis as well as real life circumstances. I will do my best as the artist to be transparent on anticipated delays prior to beginning the commission and any unexpected delays during the commission process.If you would like a commission done by a set date or a specific turnaround time, please let me know and we can discuss and correlate additional charges needed in exchange for prioritizing your commission.
